Why Is David Mark Lying About The Car He Bought For Tuface?

Is it possible for another person to buy this expensive car as a wedding gift for Tuface and Annie Idibia and label it as a gift from Senate President David Mark? The controversy is on but the guess is that the car was actually bought by David Mark who didn't expected the negative criticisms now coming his way.

David Mark's media adviser is however claiming that his boss was not in Dubai and as such could not have given the said car to Tuface and Annie. But see this photo below...
