So this is where David and Victoria could be snoring right now. They’re probably not because despite all the dosh they have, they’re very busy people, what with the international football and fashion designing and all.
But it’s their lucrative careers which have enabled them to stomp up the monthly rent for this luxury home in south London.
It has unbelievable security, although it looks to us like you can just walk right up to the gate. But then that probably shows how much we know because there’s a metal reinforced wall at the front apparently, which is clearly one of the reasons Posh picked it for her family.

The pad also has a gardener rather adept at topiary it seems – just an observation. There’s not much else we can say about it really as unfortunately we can’t see through the keyhole.
It sounds like Vic is probably wishing she’d spent a bit of time in her new home too because apparently it suffers from the shakes. From the London Underground.

“Victoria loved the location of the home, particularly as it was close to her work studio, and for its close proximity to some of London’s best shops,” a source told the Sunday Mirror.
“But the last thing they expected was to be experiencing shakes from Tube trains going underneath the home. It seems the very busy Circle Line runs directly under some of the property and in particular under the kitchen.”
If things get too wobbly though, they can always retreat to their £18million country pad, Beckingham Palace. Or their Chateau in the south of France. Or one of their homes in Beverly Hills. Or their property in Dubai.
No, we don’t feel sorry for them either.
