The duo of singer Shakira and Barcelona defender, Gerard Pique have welcomed their first baby.
The 25-year-old footballer shared the news on the micro blogging site, Twitter, when he posted ‘Our son (is) already born! We are very happy! Thank you all for your messages‘. According to People’s Magazine, Shakira was delivered of a baby boy on Thursday, December 27, 2012.
Shakira revealed her pregnancy last September when announcing the cancellation of a Las Vegas gig. The singer began dating sportsman Pique in 2011 after splitting from her longtime boyfriendAntonio de la Rua after 11 years of being together.
