Strange: Man Parks Jeep In Broad Day Light, Strips, And Starts To Chase People Naked In Ikeja

According to an eye witness, the man in the picture above parked his jeep, pooed in his hands and started chasing people around, in what looked like an act of sudden madness.

I'm shocked, and really wonder what could have gone wrong with this man.
Wonders indeed, shall never cease!
