Bieber was in the middle of a ‘Believe’ tour concert performance in Arizona, US when he crouched down and let it all out. He was forced to leave the stage twice due to illness.
The 18-year-old later apologized to the crowd for being sick – although they didn’t seem to bother.
Talk about having a bad case of ‘Bieber Fever’.
