Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her second child in front of the cameras for Sunday night's finale of E!'s "Keeping up with the Kardashians."

And when the magic moment came, the 33-year-old reached down and pulled infant Penelope Scotland Disick out with her own hands.
The oldest Kardashian sister used the same hands-on tactic when she gave birth to her son Mason, now 2.
"It's such a magical feeling to say hello to my baby girl," Kourtney cooed while cradling her new bundle of joy.
"Kourtney just loves to pull out her own children," Khloe quipped.
The delivery room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles was packed with Kourtney's kin, including little Mason, sisters Kim and Khloe, her brother Rob, half sibs Kendall and Kylie, mom Kris Jenner and longtime beau Scott Disick.
When the moment came, Kourtney, 33, reached down and pulled the child out herself. She did the same thing when her son Mason was born.
Jenner teared up during the delivery, telling the camera, "It doesn't get better than this."
Of course, die-hard Kardashian fans know that little Penelope was born on July 8.
Kourtney relived the moment by tuning in to the finale.
During the show, she tweeted: "Wow! Crazy to watch this! Magical."

Following in the footsteps of her famous mom and aunts, the tyke landed her first magazine cover a month later, appearing on the cover of Us Weekly with Kourtney and Mason.
In that article, Kardashian let it slip that Disick, 29, was a little freaked out and scared to change the baby's diaper, but he kept his cool in the delivery room.
