Sword slash leaves man bleeding from head and hands in Pennsylvania


Mervin Hamilton, 41, was arrested Friday when cops arrived at his Lower Paxton Township home and found his roommate bleeding from his head and hands.


A heated argument between two roommates in Pennsylvania ended with one of the men allegedly slashing the other with a sword.

Mervin Hamilton, 41, was arrested Friday when cops arrived at his Lower Paxton Township home and found his roommate bleeding from his head and hands, WHP-TV reported.

It was not known what the men were arguing about.

Hamilton was charged with felony aggravated assault and reckless endangerment and booked into Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. He was still locked up as of Monday.

His roommate was treated for his sword wounds at a local hospital and released.
