This is the recent trend now in naija, for those who don't know how it originated...you are on a long thing,anywaiz it would be unfair to keep you in the dark..it all started when Channels TV interviewed the Lagos commandant of the NSCDC, Obafaiye Shem. When he was asked to state the official website of the NSCDC,this high ranking official could not say it..instead he told the interviewer "i can not categorically tell you one now..because i can tell you one now but the one we are going to make use of will be made known by my Oga at the top....'', this is just a summary of the hilarious interview, i will still provide the full video after the cut.
This interview is still causing a lot of frenzy in the online world, it has trended on twitter for more than 2 days now, BBM is crazy with it, infact people are now making Tshirts with the inscriptions ''My Oga at the top'' along with a caricature of Obafaiye shem pointing upwards as he did in the interview when he uttered those words. Please Naija, the guy has already been suspended from the NSCDC, don't make the man commit suicide abeg..Otherwise my Oga at the top can...
