WORLD’S fastest man Usain Bolt was helped to his triple Olympic gold success by a stunning British model. Curvy Megan Edwards, from Dartford, Kent, focused the mind of the 25-year-old Jamaican with a string of secret dates during London 2012.

The sprint king, whose 9.58-second 100m is the fastest in history, took an instant shine to gorgeous Megan, 22, as they appeared on the catwalk together to model Jamaica’s team kit ahead of the Games.

It is believed Bolt, with a personal fortune estimated at £30MILLION, wasted no time swapping numbers with the accounts worker.

They then warmed up with a series of flirty texts before embarking on a string of romantic dates during the Olympics.

Bolt — the highest-paid sprinter of all time — went on to clinch triple Games glory in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay. And Megan, a junior athlete with Dartford Harriers Athletics club, helped him celebrate his glittering success at an after-party in Brick Lane, East London.

The star received a brilliant reception as he took a turn as a DJ, playing and singing along to Jamaican music while the crowd danced and cheered him on.
Grabbing the microphone, he yelled: “I came to London to become a legend and now I am a Legend!”

A source said: “It was crazy, everyone was trying to get a piece of him — especially the girls. But Usain only had eyes for one girl that night, and that was Megan. She was by his side all night”.

With a queue of stars in tow, the pair headed to West End club Movida at 2am. Bolt went straight to a table with team-mate Yohan Blake, boxers Amir Khan and Lennox Lewis, and hip-hop artist Nas.

A pal of Megan, 22, said: “Everyone was on great form, Usain was high-fiving the other athletes and posing for pictures as they drunk champagne”. “Megan was in her element and Usain introduced her to Lennox and Yohan and she had her picture taken with them”.

“She’s really smitten with Usain. It’s nothing too serious at the moment as he’s jetting all over the world — but they are two adults having fun”.

Usain had a giant Nebuchadnezzar of champagne at his table, which had to be specially ordered. Megan mentioned the giant bottle, worth around £50,000, on her Facebook page and posted a snap of her and the superstar holding it.

She told how she sat in the DJ booth with Bolt and posted snaps of the pair on the social networking site.

One was tagged: “Me n my Baby!! The Bolt!! X” When asked about the sprint ace, Megan replied to a friend: “Lol we tight n S*** lol! Yeah was a good night x.”

Bolt, who earns close to £13million a year in giant appearance fees and sponsorship deals, has a history of dating British girls. He met Megan as they posed on the catwalk alongside other Jamaican stars at the kit photo shoot three months ago.

Bolt’s publicist Carole Beckford said of his latest catch: “We have no comment on Usain’s personal life, he dates who he wants to date.”

Megan told The Sun: “I don’t wish to discuss anything. I’m not prepared to talk to anybody about us two.”
