Randy Butcher was busted for bussing an unwilling worker — and also tried his ‘go-directly-to-jail’ pickup move on a shopper until her boyfriend intervened.
Randy Butcher was jailed in Louisiana for allegedly kissing a female Walmart employee against her will.
A so-called "kissing bandit" is behind bars in Louisiana after he allegedly locked lips with a female Walmart employee against her will.
Randy Butcher of Houston was arrested on Tuesday evening after he reportedly approached the woman while she was working at the Eunice, La., store and started complimenting her, local television station KSLA-TV reported.
The 40-year-old asked the unidentified employee for her phone number several times before she gave him a fake one, hoping that would appease him.
But Butcher remained undeterred. He blocked her as she tried to leave, grabbed her and then kissed her, the woman alleged.
The female employee wasn't the sole victim of Butcher's unwanted advances, investigators said.
A female shopper later told authorities that Butcher had tried the same tactics with her, but stopped when her boyfriend confronted him.
Butcher, a cross-country truck driver, is currently being held in the Eunice City Jail on a $4,300 bond.
He faces charges of simple assault, simple battery and false imprisonment.
