Woman apparently jumps to her death at Columbia University, cops say

The jumper, whose name and age were not immediately available, was found on W. 114th St. near Amsterdam Ave. and rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital early Tuesday morning, police and sources said.

A woman apparently jumped to her death at Columbia University early Tuesday morning, police said.

The jumper, whose name and age were not immediately available, was found on W. 114th St. near Amsterdam Ave. and rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital early Tuesday morning, police and sources said.

It was not yet clear if the woman found was a student or affiliated with the school.

The university did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
