There were just too many women around D'banj. It seemed at a point, a lot of women wanted a piece of the Kokomaster, including a close friend of the actress who allegedly began an affair with D'banj behind her back. Genny decided she'd had enough and ended things in late 2011.

A 19-year-old girl Savannah Ramirez has killed her brother Manuel Ortiz by accidentally shooting him in the head while posing with a gun for Facebook photos on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2012.

Police say the deceased – 22-year-old Ortiz and his sister Ramirez had been drinking before they arrived back at the home they shared in Phoenix, Arizona, where the shooting took place.

Family and friends wept as his body was carried from his apartment in Phoenix, Arizona, where the shooting took place.

It is uncertain who owns the gun, but Savannah will likely be charged with manslaughter – especially if tests confirm she had alcohol in her system.

Nigeria-trained medical doctors blacklisted in the UK

In what is clearly a swipe at Nigeria’s standard of education, doctors trained in the country, rank second on the list of doctors taken off the General Medical Council (GMC) register, in the United Kingdom.

Three-quarters of the medical practitioners that are not on the list, are trained outside the UK, with India-trained doctors topping the list. Nigeria is second and another African country, Egypt, sits in third position.

DailyMail revealed that “194 of the 285 doctors struck off for misconduct or incompetence in the past five years were foreign-trained, while 29 of the 39 removed from the medical register in the past year received their medical degree overseas.”
